🛍️ Returns

A customer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract (online purchase) within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, if the product qualifies for return.

🚫 Non-returnable products

According to Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Art. 38), returns cannot be accepted for goods that:

  • have direct contact with the body

  • are delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned once opened due to health & hygiene reasons

👉 Therefore, earrings and other jewelry items that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on.

If the item is unused, unopened, and in perfect condition, a return request may be evaluated individually.

🔧 Product complaints (defective items)

If a product has a manufacturing defect or damage not caused by the customer:

2️⃣ Provide a description of the issue and photos of the item and its packaging

Complaint processing time: up to 14 calendar days.
If the complaint is approved, we will:

✔ repair the item,
or ✔ replace the item,
or ✔ provide a refund.

Complaints will not be accepted if the damage is a result of improper handling or misuse.

📦 Return shipping

  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days after submitting the return request

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• handling returns and complaints
